WaterColor Beach Club
A marquee feature of the resort is the WaterColor Beach Club. It is a shared-community amenity with three pools with a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and easy access to the beach. It was beautifully renovated and expanded in 2021. Homeowners and their guests can enjoy the food and drinks of several restaurants including the WaterColor Grill and Costa Chica, the new rooftop sunset & margarita bar overlooking the pools and Gulf. Another dining opportunity is Fish Out of Water (FOOW). While not inside the club, it is just adjacent to it and open-to-the-public. It is a fantastic casual restaurant and bar with fabulous views of the sand dunes and the Gulf.

There eight subdivisions called districts. They are loosely tied with the time in which the community was developed. The final development phase 5 in WaterColor is called Park District. This community's unique feature is it will be short-term rental restricted, so if you're looking for a full-time residence, this may be preferred. Homeowners will access to all the resort amenities and a neighborhood pool, open only to homeowners. If you're interested in the Park District, let us know so we can guide you through the options.
