Latest news on St. Kitts (~Feb 2021): They are still taking pre-sales, and they say they need 60% (40) of pre-sales for financing in order to break ground. When they get close to 30 pre-sales under contract the developer will begin construction. They project to start this summer of 2021, with 14-17 months to complete.
